Eid-al-Adha is almost upon us, and there’s no better deed one can do than to offer their sacrifices in the name of Allah. Along with its religious significance, the act of Qurbani plays a crucial role in boosting economic activity in the country. This Qurbani season is coming in times of economic turmoil when inflation is at all times high. There’s a greater need than ever to help those who are forced to live below the poverty line. Although a single Eid-al-Adha can’t elevate hunger and poverty in the country, it can be that little source of joy and happiness for those who can’t afford to celebrate it. This year, the Rizq Trust is going to run the most extensive Qurbani Drive in the country. And to make it happen, we’ll be needing your precious donations and support. This year's Qurbani campaign aims to procure, slaughter, and give away 200 goats and 85 cows to our brothers and sisters who are affected by extreme economic conditions.
Donate as much as you can since the Prophet (PBUH) said, “A man is not a believer who fills his stomach while his neighbor is hungry.”
